The Marina Villas type 2 are the second independent house proposal of Marina Village, adjacent to the Mare e Pineta Camping, a few steps from the beach. These villas are ideal for a family or a large group, who prefer a holiday with the comforts and spaces of a home, but also with all the services offered by Camping Mare e Pineta.

The Marina type 2 villas are 16 single units of approximately 60m2, which can accommodate up to 6 people. They are composed of a living room with sofa and TV, kitchenette equipped with crockery and microwave, 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms complete with bidet and shower and a garden with table and chairs, where you can spend fun moments with your family.

Furthermore, the Marina Villas type 2 are equipped with air conditioning/heating to regulate the temperature to your preference.

The Marina type 2 villas are located in a wonderful setting under the pinewood, immersed in nature, with the sound of the sea waves in the background… it feels like you are already on holiday!

EXTRA

  • Tourist tax: € 0,80 person / night for maximum 14 consecutive nights, children under 12 are exempt.
  • Eventual variation of VAT.
  • Final cleaning € 50,00 for Apartments Marina/Tamerici and € 60,00 for the Villas Kind 1, 2 and 3.
  • A seventh person allowed only in Villa’s Type 2 and 3, with additional cost of €10.00 per night

CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT

Arrival: after 4 p.m. Departure: before 10 a.m. Departure must be within 10 am - after this time the cost of the whole day will be charged.

RULE

Dogs must always be kept on leash. During the silence time from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. it is strictly forbidden to make noise, use car or any other vehicles and pitch or remove tents. The Management declines all responsibility for possible damages and thefts

PAYMENT

30% (by credit card or bank transfer) at the booking, BALANCE AT THE ARRIVAL. DEPOSIT: Euro 100,00. In case of delayed arrival or early departure you must pay the cost of the whole booked period. We will keep at the customer's disposal the reserved accommodation until 5 p.m. of the following day. The management can not guarantee because of organization reasons the number given by booking.

CANCELLATION

In case of booking-cancellations the deposit will be refunded at the following conditions:
  • within 60 days from the expected Arrival Date the whole amount less the administration charges (50€) will be refunded.
  • within 30 days the 50% of the deposit less the administration charges (50€) will be returned.
Beyond this limit of time no refund is due.
