The Marina apartments are located in a two-floor building inside the Marina Village, adjacent to the Mare e Pineta Camping, overlooking the pinewood in front of the beach. These 8 charming 45 sq.m two-room apartments are organized to accommodate up to 4 people. You can choose between two internal compositions: large living room with sofa bed for 2 people and TV, kitchenette with crockery and microwave, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bidet and shower, or large living room with sofa bed for 2 people and TV, kitchenette with crockery and microwave, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with bidet and shower. Of these apartments, 4 on the ground floor have a small garden, while 4 on the first floor have a terrace. Outside they are complete with table and chairs and divided between them to allow families with children and animals to experience a perfect holiday in total safety.
Furthermore, the Marina Apartments are equipped with air conditioning/heating to regulate the temperature to your preference.

CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT
Arrival: after 4 p.m. Departure: before 10 a.m. Departure must be within 10 am - after this time the cost of the whole day will be charged.RULE
Dogs must always be kept on leash. During the silence time from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. it is strictly forbidden to make noise, use car or any other vehicles and pitch or remove tents. The Management declines all responsibility for possible damages and theftsPAYMENT
30% (by credit card or bank transfer) at the booking, BALANCE AT THE ARRIVAL. DEPOSIT: Euro 100,00. In case of delayed arrival or early departure you must pay the cost of the whole booked period. We will keep at the customer's disposal the reserved accommodation until 5 p.m. of the following day. The management can not guarantee because of organization reasons the number given by booking.CANCELLATION
In case of booking-cancellations the deposit will be refunded at the following conditions:- within 60 days from the expected Arrival Date the whole amount less the administration charges (50€) will be refunded.
- within 30 days the 50% of the deposit less the administration charges (50€) will be returned.
