The Tamerici apartments, very close to the sea, can accommodate up to 4 people. They are fully furnished, composed with a living room with kitchen corner, equipped with microwave, crockery and TV, queen size sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower; outdoor area furnished with table and chairs and completely fenced.
Furthermore, the Tamerici apartments are equipped with air conditioning/heating to regulate the temperature to your preference.

PRICES INCLUDE

EXTRA
- Tourist tax: € 0,80 person / night for maximum 14 consecutive nights, children under 12 are exempt.
- Eventual variation of VAT.
- Final cleaning € 50,00 for Apartments Marina/Tamerici and € 60,00 for the Villas Kind 1, 2 and 3.
- A seventh person allowed only in Villa’s Type 2 and 3, with additional cost of €10.00 per night
CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT
Arrival: after 4 p.m. Departure: before 10 a.m. Departure must be within 10 am - after this time the cost of the whole day will be charged.RULE
Dogs must always be kept on leash. During the silence time from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. it is strictly forbidden to make noise, use car or any other vehicles and pitch or remove tents. The Management declines all responsibility for possible damages and theftsPAYMENT
30% (by credit card or bank transfer) at the booking, BALANCE AT THE ARRIVAL. DEPOSIT: Euro 100,00. In case of delayed arrival or early departure you must pay the cost of the whole booked period. We will keep at the customer's disposal the reserved accommodation until 5 p.m. of the following day. The management can not guarantee because of organization reasons the number given by booking.CANCELLATION
In case of booking-cancellations the deposit will be refunded at the following conditions:- within 60 days from the expected Arrival Date the whole amount less the administration charges (50€) will be refunded.
- within 30 days the 50% of the deposit less the administration charges (50€) will be returned.
